Development and Performance Evaluation of a Precise Application System for Liquid Starter Fertilizer while Sowing Maize

چکیده

At present, liquid starter fertilizer (LSF) application technologies experience problems with low utilization efficiency. In this study, we adopted a method of precise LSF near the seeds on seed bed in point form during sowing. A system that can detect information real time and control solenoid valve to open automatically was developed for method. The supply detection were studied detail. Field experiments conducted evaluate performance terms operation quality (qualified index length LSF, QIL; amount FA; qualified distance between QID) at forward speeds 4, 6, 8 km/h pressures 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25, 0.30 MPa. results indicated QIL 96.4%, range FA 1.34 13.86 mL, QID 82.6%, which signifies meets demands application. This achieves target improving use efficiency provides reference developing fertilization devices precisely applying LSF.
